MARRIOTT MANILA UNVEILS ‘GARDEN VIEW’

In today’s overscheduled, hyperactive lifestyle, the ultimate luxury is free time. Marriott Manila, set in the world-class casino entertainment complex of Resorts World Manila, has truly carved out the concept of nurturing the passion to work and play. The hotel has gained the reputation of being a happening luxe hotel, and is currently a favorite destination place among Metro Manila’s social, business and pleasure set.

Recently, the Marriott Manila launched its latest function area, the ‘Garden View’. It’s GM, Richard Saul says: “Offering a variety of banquet and conference facilities, the Garden View is the latest addition with three function rooms for both social and corporate events.”

Designed by Casas + Architects, the Garden View boasts  a garden scenery, with a view of the lush greenery of the Villamor Golf Course.  This has inspired the cool colors and refreshing feel of the decor.  Embellished with leaf shaped crystals and metals, the chandeliers take the form of leaves and branches, and elegantly enhances the coffered ceilings.

Welcoming the guests at the cocktail launch was the dapper GM Richard Saul, with his winsome smile, together with the fashionable and vivacious Director of Communications Michelle Garcia.  Michelle was pleasingly pointing out the change from the former Velocity Bar to the elegant Garden View it is today.

Svelte Anna Soprepena, Editor-in-chief of Lifestyle Asia, admired the standout Chinese Tea Station of noodle soup, served with an assortment of lobster, meat and chicken dimsum, and spiced with various condiments.
