Induction was by H.E. Ambassador Selverajah of Singapore, with Red Cross  Chairman Richard Gordon, joining in the Induction ceremonies. The  indefatigable and ever gracious Baby is a workhorse, with her dedication and  zeal for her charitable organizations and civic involvements. Among others, she  is Governor of Lions International and Director of the Philippine National Red  Cross. The Wife of former Presidential Adviser on Civic Affairs, Hon. Justo  Ortiz, she is a Ph.D graduate from Zaide University. Jonathan Baden  rendered several musical numbers, with Angel  Jacob and Sam Ortiz as program hosts.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial; font-size: small;\">Pictured:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>H.E.
