Cris Albert’s Champagne Birthday;

Hoseki’s Knoi Esmane Wins International Award

FILA diva, Cris Albert recently celebrated her birthday at Opus, one of the favorite haunts of the stylish set.  Eye-catching in her black Balenciaga, the effervescent Cris pampered her guests in her usual Moet & Chandon Rose’ fashion.  The lounge was magically aglow with Ecuadorian roses and tall gothic-like candles, and what better way to set the champagne mood, than with the cool sounds of Sinatra in the background.

The opulent menu to match, included twice baked gorgonzola souffle, beef carpaccio, quail and bacon delight, pan roasted Chilean sea bass, duck a la orange and the succulent rib eye with truffled mashed potato specially prepared by Chef Carlo Miguel.
