Double Celebration
Celebrate the good life! It was a two-fold event, when Society Lounge hosted the birthday bash of Creative PR force Philip Abadicio and the 16th Anniversary of RPA & Communicate in Manila, of which Philip heads. No denying his Francophile fascination, Abadicio’s added aspect that fuels his success is his RPA France. Thus, the evening of fusion had brought together the best of the East and West, in theme, food and wine.
Inspired by the French-Fashion-Food company of France, Society Lounge had menu highlights of Roast Salmon Fillet in Cognac Sauce and Osso Bucco with Mushroom Tomato Confit. The dinner was capped off with Lovela Strawberry with Meringue and Mango Ice Cream and Warm Chocolate Caramel Tart with Macapuno Ice Cream.
Toasting their champagne flutes with international award-winning ‘Manny O’ Wines – the French Celebrus, were the ever cool and dapper birthday boy Philip, Society Lounge’s Chef Patrice Freusion and partner Andren Dizon, The eclectic group of guests included: Manoling and Sandie Poblador, Becky Garcia who came with hubby George Sarakinis, designer Michelle Sison, architects Luigi Borromeo and Raymond Abrenica, Aristocrat’s Pidge Reyes, Penshoppe’s Alvin Matias and Gerry’s Grill’s Bonnie Abadicio.
Philip’s clientele include: the Araneta Group of Companies, Levi Strauss Philippines, Nickelodeon, Yahoo and Warner Music Philippines.
